At Darnovabydarakhshan, we are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare products and a great customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific policy in place to protect both our customers and our brand integrity.

1.Due to Hygiene & Safety:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened skincare products. This policy ensures the health, safety, and confidence of all our customers.

2.Return Eligibility

We will accept a return or offer a refund only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

If your case meets these conditions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at darnovabydarakhshan@gmail.com
 with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product (damaged/wrong item)
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3.Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is approved and received:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).

4.Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

5.Non Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards or sale/discounted items
  • Products returned without prior contact and approval

6.Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If your product is eligible for return, you may request a refund and place a new order.

7.Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we begin processing and are unable to cancel or modify the order.
